Rodby Innovation partners with trusted Country Customer Representatives (CCR) in select countries to assist with customer language support, inquiries, and sales facilitation. However, in all other markets, Rodby sells directly to customers, ensuring the same high-quality service and support. Note: while these Country Customer Representatives are available for local contact, all installation, service, and maintenance of Rodby treadmills are performed exclusively by Rodby’s highly trained technicians to maintain the highest quality standards.
